Bye Bye Standby Extra Remote

This Remote Control module can send RF signals through walls and ceilings to a distance of up to 30 metres.

It can control eight appliances or lamps (or eight groups of appliances and lamps if each group is set to the same Address Code).

The unit can send On/Off and Bright/Dim commands.

Bye Bye Standby Motion Detector and Nightlighter

On detecting motion the unit will send an RF On command to a Bye Bye Standby to a distance of 30 metres. You can alter the amount of time that you wish the light or appliance to stay on once this command has been sent.

The unit can also be set to switch on lights or appliances when a certain level of darkness is reached.

Bye Bye Standby Wall Switch and Dimmer

This Wall Dimmer module can be simply fixed to any wall to control Domia Lite receivers up to 30 metres away.

It can control one appliance or lamp (or one group of appliances and lamps if they are all set to the same Address Code).

The unit can send On/Off and Bright/Dim commands. Its wireless control works by sending an RF signal which is capable of travelling through walls and ceilings to a distance of 30 metres.

How to use Bye Bye Standby... Simple plug and play operation...

Simply plug a Smart Socket into a mains wall socket and plug an electrical appliance into it.
Set the plugs to be individually controlled or part of a group. It is very flexible and you can switch off individual plugs or all at once.
You can now switch your appliances on and off wirelessly from up to 30m away and by doing so you will avoid leaving them on standby.

How it works:
Bye Bye Standby connects between the wall socket and any appliance which consumes energy unnecessarily. This could be an appliance with a standby mode, such as a TV, or an appliance which is always on when it could be off, such as a printer or wireless router. When the appliance is not in use a single button can be pressed which physically disconnects the appliance so it no longer consumes energy. Pressing the button again reconnects all the appliances attached to that plug.

I recently purchased the bye bye energy saving starter kit, where you recieve 3 plugs and one remote.

I bought this additional remote because I wanted to use a seperate group of plug(s) in a different room, but for similar usage. One group controls two plugs, and the additional controller controls the third plug.

This is absolutely a great use if you have additional owners of property in the household. In my case, my parents have their remote and I have my remote.

having more than one remote is also a grat backup as you can instantly tune them to the other groups of plugs at a turn of the switch!

I've had similar devices in the past, but the bye bye energy saving kit works the best, and it's so easy to use that it becomes a pleasure to use it as you feel yourself saving the money through lowe energy consumption. Some say it's easier to just get up and flip the wall switch, but I say that this simple more convenient. convenience often triumphs in this world, so this product in my eyes definitely triumphs.
