This is an adaptor with a difference: plug your PC or laptop into the master socket and your peripherals (or extension leads, which are fully supported by the Intelliplug's design) into the two side plugs, and when you switch off your PC or laptop, or put it in standby mode, the power will be shut down to peripherals too.

Automatically powers peripheral equipment when the desktop computer or hi-fi amplifier is switched on, and automatically switches them off when the main device is turned off.
